1.1 “The Company” refers to S.W.I.F.T DNA HUB, LLC.
1.2 “The Client” refers to any private individual, business, legal entity, or independent entity requesting a Service.
1.3 “Nominated Person” means the individual designated on the Submission Form to receive the test results.
1.4 “Sampler” means the person responsible for collecting the biological samples.
1.5 “Service” refers to one or more of the Company’s DNA or genetic testing services as advertised.
1.6 “Order for Services” refers to the Client’s placement of an order for Services, whether made in person, by phone, email, letter, form submission, or other means.
1.7 “Price” means the fee set forth in the Company’s current price list for its Services.
1.8 “Kits” refer to the sample collection kits supplied by the Company to the Client.
2.1 These terms and conditions exclusively govern the Services provided, superseding any other terms the Client may propose in any agreement, purchase order, or related documentation.
2.2 Every Service order is considered an offer by the Client to acquire the Service under these terms. Acceptance by the Company occurs only upon receipt of full payment, which signifies the Client’s agreement to these terms.
3.1 Only these terms, or additional terms agreed in writing by authorized Company representatives, shall govern the relationship.
3.2 These terms do not override any statutory consumer rights.
3.3 If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
3.4 In cases where the Client consists of multiple parties, obligations will be joint and several.
